Job Description

GENERAL JOB PURPOSE 1. Creative Director is in charge of the creatives, brand campaigns, revising presentation and shaping brand standards department at advertising Responsible for planning, managing, tracking and delivering all work that comes into the studio 2. Working closely with the graphic designer to deliver engaging content that meets the expectation of the clients. 3. Creative Director will develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions in service to the client's brand Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to understand business and project needs.
  • Assisting on the creative production side when needed and meeting with team members for feedback.
  • Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
  • Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients' requirements.
  • Responsible for all visual communication and brand direction at Splashlight across brand collaterals and social media.
  • Concept development for all campaigns from visual direction for photo shoots and videos, to onsite communication and digital design look and feel.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure all campaigns are run in smooth and effective manner by supporting all creative requirements.
  • Liaison with agencies, production houses, influencers and freelance talent to ensure quality of work delivered is at par with company requirements.
  • Understanding the brand language and visual communication for the revamping of the website for the client.
  • Manage communication for the company.
  • Responsible for all creative visual communication on platform, including but not limited to, campaign imagery, emailers, digital and social advertisements.
  • Creative direction and styling for all campaign shoots.
  • Content creation for fashion and lifestyle shoots and feature stories.
  • Styling and creative direction for fashion and celebrity cover shoots.
  • Writing store, event and collection reviews and brand tie ups to create advertorial content.
  • Responsible for the final content to be delivered to the client - 99.7 percent approval rate.
  • Trains the Production Staff to upgrade skills set.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 7 years' digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to Ecommerce industry, web, social and emerging technologies
  • Proven track record of creative leadership with extensive experience in marketing, advertising, and/or interactive design
  • Candidates with at least 7 years of experience in Creatives Direction.
  • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction with timely, supportive feedback
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • The E-Commerce Creative Director will be involved in mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills as the E-Commerce Creative Director
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
  • Attention to detail, patience and concentration
  • Team Working Skills
  • Candidates from E-com industry will be preferred
  • Fluent English Communication
  • Immediate joiners would be preferred

NICE TO HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields.
  • Film, art, design or media studies degrees can be advantageous
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
