Reports into: Executive Creative Director Key interactions: Creative & Production In short: Ideate, conceptualize, design and develop creative concepts focused on brand experiences and experiential marketing activations Key areas of responsibility: . Creative lead for pitch proposals . Attend and drive brainstorms . Develop creative concepts and experiences in response to brief . Devise and create intelligent, insight-driven big ideas that build and maintain relationships between clients and their target audiences. . Work with clients to engineer relevant, intelligent and strategic solutions for events and experiential marketing activations and integrated programs . Research and gain extensive understanding of key brand attributes, communicating key messaging in a creative and engaging way . Work with producer to build out creative proposal .
