Job Title: Senior Architectural Engineer (7-10 Years Experience)
Location: [RAK- UAE]
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Architectural Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience, specifically in finishing, and Interior fit-out works, with a strong focus on hotels and luxury Villas.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze architectural drawings and specifications.
Develop detailed finishing plans and technical details.
Coordinate between various finishing trades to ensure integration and consistency.
Supervise and follow up on the execution of finishing and Interior fit-out works on-site.
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in architectural finishing works, especially in high-end projects (hotels/luxury Villas).
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (professional level).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
