Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BSc. Architectural).Experience:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in building design and consultancy projects.UPDA Certification:
Grade A is mandatory.BIM Capability:
Strong proficiency in BIM tools as per PWA's Employer Information Requirements (EIR).Consultancy Experience:
Proven background in architectural design and coordination within consultant environments.Project Exposure:
Extensive experience in building related architectural works.Approvals:
Previous approval from the Public Works Authority (PWA) is preferred.Job Type: Full-time
