Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BSc. Architectural)
Minimum 15 Years of Professional Experience
UPDA Grade A Certification
(Mandatory) ProvenConsultant-Side Experience
Strong Experience inBuilding Projects
BIM Capability
(as per EIR-PWA Requirements) - Mandatory*Previous PWA (Public Works Authority) Approval
- Preferable*Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design and coordination for building projects. Ensure compliance with PWA standards, design codes, and project specifications. Oversee BIM-based design documentation and coordination workflows. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient designs. Review architectural drawings, reports, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
