Job Description
BSc in Architecture & MMUP Grade A license. 15+ years of experience in architectural design & supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, 3DStudio Max, or similar. Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices. Design & Documentation Prepare architectural/fit-out drawings, develop construction documents, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Project Support Review/verify designs, prepare tender & technical documents, evaluate bids, and conduct site inspections to ensure quality execution. * Sustainability & Compliance Implement sustainable design practices, support ISO/Risk Management standards, and ensure health & safety compliance.
