International award-winning architectural consultancy are looking for a Senior Architect/Associate to join their team. You should be an architect that is focused on the front end of a project, working on pre-concept, concept and schematic stages of a project. Youll be required to be client facing, winning work for the business which will involve creating presentations and workshops for the client. This will involve producing quick sketches to help the client to visualise their requirements, hence why you must have front end design experience.

The individual themselves should be a proactive individual who wants the opportunity to develop and grow within the company. Currently around 60% of their projects are retail and the remaining are education and masterplanning so a slant in that direction would be great but not essential. What is a must is previous experience running projects so were looking for a job runner/Design Manager type who can deliver the design and construction packages.

Requirements
Bachelors in Architecture

Previous or current experience in UAE essential

AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe. Work on presentations in InDesign and Photoshop

Demonstrate experience in PreConcept, Concept and Schematic Stages
