Senior Architect
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a significant portion in an engineering consultancy.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
- Proven experience in leading and managing architectural projects and teams.
- Strong client handling skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent design and technical skills, with proficiency in architectural software and tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE is highly preferred.
