Senior Architect - Special Projects (Azizi Opera) - Azizi Developments - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join its Design 360 Studio in Dubai, playing a critical role in shaping the signature architectural identity of the landmark Azizi Opera project. Reporting to the Head of Special Projects, this role focuses on delivering high-quality architectural design packages while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver assigned architectural design packages with high precision and efficiency
Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and documentation across project stages
Coordinate architectural packages with structures, MEP, interiors, landscape, and supervision teams
Ensure all designs comply with Dubai authority regulations and applicable codes
Perform quality control reviews in line with Design 360 Studio quality control standards
Identify, coordinate, and assist in resolving design issues during design development and approvals
Support and mentor junior architects, guiding them through design processes and best practices
Attend meetings with external consultants, stakeholders, and local authorities when required
Contribute to the architectural vision and signature detailing of Azizi Opera and other special projects
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
Minimum 8-10 years of professional architectural experience with at least 5 years in the UAE
Strong experience working on complex, high-profile, or landmark developments
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit BIM, and architectural coordination workflows
Strong understanding of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes
Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced design studio environment and manage multiple deliverables
