Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in this pivotal role, you will lead the architectural design and project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, contributing to the development and transformation of this historic region.

Oversee the architectural design process for complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors, to align project goals and requirements Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality Prepare and present detailed reports, designs, and recommendations to clients and senior management Mentor junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the team Stay updated on industry trends and innovative practices in infrastructure development

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Professional architecture license is prefferable Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects Advanced knowledge of architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Strong understanding of construction methodologies and infrastructure development Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills Experience in construction management and oversight In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment * Willingness to travel within the region as required
