Senior Architect
Job Description
We are looking for a senior Architect / fit out design architect with following qualities
A well-established interior design and fit-out company is looking for project and design architects who has experience in the Retail and Fit out for shopping malls.
The preferred candidate will be responsible and have knowledge of the following.
Architectural Designer
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Excellence Experience in Retail Shopping Mall
- Minimum 8 years of Experience in UAE
- Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the client's requirements on design and project delivery.
- Produce architectural/technical drawings and 3D views, including all details of joinery/mill work -
Prepare sample boards for the client's approval
. - Liaise with the mall/landlord's retail design team for design approvals.
- Monitor the furniture manufacturing process and ensure the highest accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are essentials.
- Outstanding skills in project planning, highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, quality and time focused.
