Senior Architect Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review architectural and civil drawings and identify list of materials.
describe the different types of materials used in construction projects.
Prepares and reviews architectural and civil specifications for projects.
prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time.
Maintain material suppliers' database
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.
Qualifications:
Must Have Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
5 to 8 years of Experience
have design experience in a consultancy firm for minimum 2 years.
Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, word and power point) required.
have minimum of 5 years experience in GCC.
Capable of working with BIM, CAD and REVIT and understanding design drawings.
Have capability to analyze received data.
Have experience in preparing BOQ.
Capable of working under pressure.
