Senior Architect
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete architectural shop drawings and detailed interior design drawing packages in line with project requirements and design intent.
• Develop and revise technical drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to resolve design and technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to verify technical requirements and execution feasibility.
• Review design documents and convert them into detailed construction-ready drawings.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all project stages.
• Support site teams by providing clarifications, updates, and revisions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in architectural drafting and detailing, with proven expertise in shop drawings and ID packages.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, materials, and detailing.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (UAE experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Should be available in UAE and ready for Immediate joining.
