Job Description
Job Title: Senior Architect - Designer
Qualifications: Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and execution of real estate projects
Prepare architectural plans, technical drawings, and documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Manage authority approvals and ensure compliance with regulations
Supervise site execution and quality control
Mentor junior architects and design teams
Requirements:
Direct, hands-on experience working with real estate developers (non-negotiable)
Proven experience in high-rise residential or large-scale developments
Strong technical knowledge, documentation skills, and stakeholder coordination
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
Excellent communication and project management skills
