We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the architectural design, coordination, and technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, client objectives, and best construction practices. This position requires deep knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale developments from design to construction stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring functionality and regulatory compliance.
Review and validate design deliverables from consultants and contractors for alignment with project requirements.
Provide design direction and oversight to ensure architectural integrity across all project stages.
Act as the primary architectural interface between clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
Oversee and guide the use of BIM for design coordination, documentation, and delivery.
Review and manage architectural BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure efficient project execution and technical compliance.
Ensure that design documentation meets local authority standards and project specifications.
Support the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and project status documentation for clients.
Establish and uphold design quality standards, drawing control, and document management processes.
Mentor and support junior architects and BIM specialists within the firm.
