Job Title: Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 7,000.00 - AED 10,000.00 per month

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Authority standards including DM, Nakheel, DDA, Trakhees, Emaar, etc., and expertise in Authority Approvals/Submission processes in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients and Authorities, handling architecture design activities from concept design to design development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients and Authorities for project requirements and approvals.

- Ensure compliance with Authority standards such as DM, Nakheel, DDA, Trakhees, Emaar, etc.

- Manage Authority Approvals/Submission processes efficiently.

- Lead architecture design activities including concept design and design development.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.

- Provide expertise and guidance on architectural design principles and best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in architecture.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

- In-depth knowledge of Authority standards in Dubai.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

- Registration in the Society of Engineers (SOE) is mandatory.

- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
