Position: Senior Architect - G+12 DM License Holder (with Tarakhees Experience)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a valid G+12 Dubai Municipality (DM) license and strong knowledge of Tarakhees regulations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in architectural design, authority approvals, and site coordination for medium to high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and documentation for G+12 projects and below.

Coordinate with Dubai authorities (DM, Tarakhees, Trakhees, DDA, etc.) for timely approvals.

Oversee compliance with local building regulations and codes.

Supervise and review shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.

Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors from concept to completion.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).

Valid G+12 Dubai Municipality license is mandatory.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai.

Proven knowledge of Tarakhees processes and approval systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.

Strong communication and project management skills.
