The Valuation Advisory division is core to JLL's business in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Market valuations, on all property types, are prepared for many of the region's leading property developers, investors and banks. All valuations are carried out in accordance with international best practice.
Reporting to the Head of MENA Valuations Division, the objective of the role is to provide self sufficient support in obtaining instructions, preparation of valuation reports, and interacting with clients at the highest level.
The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following areas:
Undertake complex valuations of various real estate asset classes (development land / mixed-use development projects / mixed-use operational assets) using MS Excel and/or valuation software.
Write valuation reports and prepare top notch presentations for key clients (using various MS Office tools, GIS, Tableau);
Execute valuation assignments including inspections, detailed market research (desktop research - analysis of historic data available; on-ground research - collection of relevant data), valuation modelling and detailed report writing.
Negotiating Real Estate Valuation instructions with prospective clients.
Presenting the findings to clients.
Obtaining Clients' feedback and defending the outcome of the study.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office, incl. Excel, Word, Power Point;
GIS / Tableau platforms experience is desirable, but not essential;
Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer experience is desirable, but not essential; however, financial modelling skills in MS Excel is a must;
Ability to work under tight time constraints in order to deliver high quality service;
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated;
Must be flexible and enjoy working as a team player;
Must have strong numerical skills and be comfortable working with large sets of numerical data;
Must have strong writing skills (reports and / or presentations);
Must be customer service driven with strong communication skills;
Experience in real estate valuations / financial analysis is essential (incl. land valuations, development valuations and development feasibilities, valuations of operating commercial and residential assets);
Fluent spoken and written English;
Driving license.
