Position - Senior Analyst - Shukran team, Landmark Digital About the job

Analyze internal data (transactional/ profile/ operational/ financial), identify root cause of problems, and draw actionable business insights to help increase member LTV and repeat purchases, prevent churn

Push analysis on projects/experiments/campaigns and use that to improve strategic decisions for acquiring new members/ engaging existing members

Analyze data to evaluate existing decisions framework and apply analytical techniques to discover meaningful patterns

Develop and support sophisticated & innovative analytical solutions that generate actionable insights by utilizing diverse information

Provide high-end consulting to functional teams to help them sharpen their business strategy

Develop key hypothesis, test and validate with fact-based data driven analysis

Extensive secondary research often using public sources to understand global trends, benchmarks, and implications for transforming the program into a new age digital member experience

Build excel models and effective presentations to communicate recommendations / solutions

Develop business cases backed by well-structured financial models

Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables

Help drive implementation of strategic initiatives, regular progress reviews, tracking and reporting of business benefits / impact delivered through various initiatives and campaigns

Create, maintain, and continue to optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for team and external stakeholders Desired skills:

Bachelor's or master's degree in any quantitative discipline. Candidates from Economics, Statistics or Operations Research background preferred

Expertise in analytical tools such as SAS/SQL, R, Python, etc

Expertise in analytical techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Cluster analysis, Market Basket analysis, etc.

Expertise in visualization tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, etc.

Strong MS office skills and data visualization competence

Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment
