Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Data Analyst

to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, import/export processes, and advanced Excel capabilities. This role requires a keen eye for numerical accuracy and the ability to turn data into actionable insights to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets related to sales, inventory, and operations to identify trends and opportunities. Support import and export documentation and ensure accuracy in data reporting. Use Microsoft Excel for data computation, forecasting, and performance tracking. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support cross-functional teams. Ensure data integrity across systems and assist in data migration when necessary. Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize import/export processes. Prepare regular summaries and analytical insights for management review. Support market analysis and contribute to FMCG strategy planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and advanced formulas. Good understanding of import/export procedures and documentation. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
