JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the database technology and associated schemas to allow secure, efficient, and effective access to data.
Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database.
Responsible for both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
Refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model.
Creating complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted and performing data analysis.
Plan and implement regular system upgrades to enhance service continuity and user experience. Installing, configuring, and testing new versions of the DBMS.
Configuration of replication, integration and linking between servers as per the requirement

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in IT or Information Systems, MIS related discipline with 5 years experience in management of IT/IS and application development or as defined in the JD matrix.
Knowledge and administrative skills on MS SQL Server, SQL data modification language (DML) and Data Definition language (DDL) and SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS (preferable).
