Senior Amazon Account Manager

to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead on our Amazon marketplace operations, driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You'll manage the day-to-day activities of both our Seller and Vendor Central accounts, supported by a team of junior executives. Your responsibilities will include optimising listings, tracking key performance metrics, developing strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying ahead of Amazon's evolving policies and trends.

Key Responsibilities



- Account Health



Take overall responsibility for account health and compliance. Ensure all compliance requests are submitted in a timely manner, working closely with the Purchasing Department to provide correct documentation. Conduct daily checks of account health warnings and performance notifications.

- Listing Management



Maintain listing health and manage new product launches. Ensure brand consistency across all listings. List new products and variations promptly. Collaborate with the PPC Manager on relevant advertising requirements.

- Account Analysis



Provide weekly sales analysis reports. Prepare and deliver monthly profit and sales performance reports.

- Deal Planning



Plan and schedule deals and promotions. Ensure weekly deals are scheduled across both 3P (Seller) and 1P (Vendor) platforms. Work with 3P and 1P teams to ensure Peak Period deals are submitted well ahead of go-live dates. Monitor PEDS and Coupons for promotional opportunities.

- PPC Health



Collaborate with the Ads Manager to monitor and optimise PPC campaigns. Flag over- and under-spends and highlight areas for potential growth.

- Pricing



Ensure effective pricing strategies across the catalogue. Take proactive steps to maximise revenue, prevent stockouts, and maintain healthy gross margins.

- Market Research



Use tools like Helium 10 to regularly conduct market and competitor analysis. Identify emerging opportunities or threats and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Inventory Control



Oversee sales support functions to maintain optimal inventory levels across all Merchant, FBA, and Vendor accounts, ensuring consistent product availability.

- Data Analysis



Analyse sales data, traffic metrics, and other KPIs to support continuous performance improvements.

- Policy Adherence



Stay current with Amazon policies and guidelines, ensuring full compliance across all accounts and listings.

What skills and qualities are we looking for?


- 4+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts in a B2C eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, listing standards and retail readiness requirements.
- Proficiency with Helium10 and its core modules (Cerebro, Listing Analyser, Index Checker etc.)
- Excellen written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage expectations and align globally distributed teams.
- Organised with a proven ability to manage multiple workflows with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends for reporting to line manager.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Action-oriented, takes initiative and follows through swiftly to drive progress and resolve issues.
- Fluent in English

Nice to have


- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central account management.
- Experienced working with a large number of SKUs, particularly in the FMCG market.
- Working knowledge of tools such as DataDive, Keepa or similar platforms for products and competitor research.
- Familiarity with PPC automation platforms like AdBrew and reporting dashboards such as Funnel.
- Experience using collaboration and task management tools like ClickUp and Microsoft Teams.
