Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced

Air Conditioning / HVAC professional

with strong

technical and sales skills

to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves

selling, installing, commissioning, maintaining, and servicing

air conditioning systems for

residential, commercial, and corporate clients

across the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate must have

hands-on HVAC experience in Saudi Arabia

, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements and Saudi climate conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems including: Split & Window Units Cassette & Concealed Units Ducted Systems VRF / VRV Systems Package Units & Chillers Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM). Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with

Saudi safety regulations and standards

. Support commissioning and testing activities. Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.

Sales & Client Responsibilities

Visit customers to assess HVAC requirements for

homes, offices, shops, warehouses, and commercial buildings

. Recommend appropriate AC solutions based on load calculation, space, and usage. Prepare technical and commercial quotations. Support deal closure and follow up with clients until installation completion. Promote

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

and system upgrades. Build long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

5+ years of HVAC experience

, preferably within

Saudi Arabia

. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems commonly used in KSA. Proven experience in

customer-facing roles

with sales responsibility. Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Familiar with

Saudi climate challenges and energy efficiency requirements

. Valid

Saudi driving license

(or transferable license). Transferable

Iqama

(for expatriates). HVAC certification, technical diploma, or relevant trade qualification is a plus.
