and a passion for driving sales growth? We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our team and lead sales initiatives forRheem, Clima Uno, and Tecnair
air-conditioning solutions.Key Responsibilities
Drive sales & marketing of HVAC equipment (DX, Chilled Water Systems). Generate new enquiries and follow up on projects to closure. Collaborate with sales coordinators to ensure accurate quotations. Negotiate pricing at site level and secure profitable deals. Retain clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships with assigned accounts. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service excellence.
Must-Have Skills
? 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC (DX & Chilled Water Systems).
? Strong sales network in UAE market.
? Technical knowledge of AC products: Ducted, Package, VRF, FAHU, AHU, ERV & Ecology Units.
? Sales-driven, self-motivated, and result-focused.
? Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
? Team player with leadership ability.
Education
B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
