The Catalyst Team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

- Project Leadership: Steering a project to ensure successful outcomes for both Catalyst and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining Relationships: Building and maintaining working relationships with all internal team and building strong relationships with external client stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Documenting and managing all identified tasks, effort, dependencies and milestones required to deliver the project.
- Task Tracking: Ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively, are completed and burn down is monitored.
- Resource Management \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring the correct resources are booked to work on the project. Directing, motivating the team and managing the project resources
- Third Party Management \xe2\x80\x93 analyse validity of schedules submitted by third parties contributing to the project, and liaising with supplier representatives
- Client Liaison: Communicating progress, issues and risks to stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Facilitate Project Meetings & Workshops: Pro-actively scheduling, planning and facilitating project team meetings with internal and external team members.
- Project Reporting: Monitoring actual project progress and providing reports to team members and stakeholders against time and budget.
- Cost management: Interacting with the Catalyst Finance team to assist with the coordination of invoicing against project milestones.
- Risk Management: Ensuring identification of risks and issues impeding the success of a project and facilitating project risk reviews with appropriate mitigation.
- Change Management: Managing change throughout project lifecycle, documenting the impacts on schedule of proposed changes and develop solutions to minimise impact and ensure alignment to time and scope.
- Extensive experience of IT Project Management in a global consulting services organization with globally distributed development teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum/SAFe/KANBAN methodologies in an onsite, nearshore and offshore model
- Experience leading the delivery of digital transformation projects such as strategy and design, data and analytics, web and mobile development, digital platform implementation, test automation, RPA, managed services support
- Understanding of digital transformation tools and technologies
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working to tight deadlines
- Exceptional written, verbal and executive communication skills, ability to present to senior management and key stakeholders
- Decisiveness, problem-solving skills and the ability to delegate effectively
- Knowledge of PM and Scrum tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, Sharepoint etc
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field
- Willingness to travel as required
