Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates while onboarding new high-potential partners
Negotiate commission structures, incentive plans, and partnership terms
Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using advanced analytics tools
Ensure affiliate activities align with brand guidelines and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, marketing) to support campaign success
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on affiliate revenue, ROI, and KPIs
Continuously research and recruit new affiliates across relevant industries and platforms
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate or partnership management
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and Revenue Share models
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as
Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale
, etc.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
