Senior Administrative Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Officer to manage and streamline administrative functions within our Maintenance Department. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations and support the maintenance team Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment service history Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and internal departments for material and service requests Prepare reports, schedules, memos, and related documentation Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements Manage office supplies, filing systems, and maintenance inventory tracking Assist in planning and organizing maintenance schedules and staff movements Requirements BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in facilities or maintenance Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP or CMMS software knowledge is a plus Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Please send your resume/CV
