Provide high-level administrative support to management and offshore teams. Coordinate logistics for offshore personnel, including travel, accommodation, and work schedules. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and industry standards. Support onboarding and mobilization of offshore staff and contractors. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as required. Ensure compliance with HSE, security, and operational procedures. Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely communication and task completion. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in the oil and gas industry, with offshore exposure. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant industry systems. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with offshore logistics, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
