Job Description
AME-TS is a company that provides acoustic consultancy in terms of design and providing solutions for existing builds along with technical services that includes on site testing and site assessments. We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to supervise ongoing projects, help the team carry out tasks to their due dates by reviewing work done, and work closely on assigned projects. The candidate will work directly with AME team and clients Job duties/requirements includes but are not to the following:
- Conduct estimation and prepare technical & commercial proposals
- Liaise with clients for further information and requirements needed
- Conduct noise and vibration measurements
- Process results of noise and vibration measurements and undertake analysis
- Prepare technical reports inline with industry standards
- Attend client and project meetings
- Site supervision
- Promote the company\'s various range of services via emails and phone calls
- Prepare weekly / fortnightly reports as requested by your manager
- Observe professional work etiquettes towards colleagues and clienteles
- Travel to sites and projects in and around the GCC
- Report directly to the division / department manager
- Responsible for the technical delivery and integrity for the project
- Coordination of engineering team
- Ensures areas of uncertainty are highlighted/addressed
- Ensures appropriate Technical Peer Reviews are conducted
- BSc in Engineering (relevant disciplines)
- Acoustic Certification (IoA or equivilant)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in program/project management.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience.
- Team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent estimating & scheduling skills.
- Proven experience in risk and change management.
- Excellent in acoustic desktop modelling.
- Experience with acoustic software.
