About Us

We are a leading renovation and fit-out company in Dubai, specializing in commercial and residential transformations. We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in corporate tax, VAT compliance, and fit-out project budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely transaction processing. Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Handle Corporate Tax filing in line with FTA requirements. Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. Prepare and monitor fit-out project budgets with cost control and profitability reports. Utilize Xero accounting software for bookkeeping, reporting, and audits. Oversee bank reconciliations, petty cash, supplier payments, and approvals. Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements. Liaise with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely account finalization. Implement internal controls to safeguard company finances. Support management with financial planning and cost analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

(mandatory).

Experience in a UAE construction, fit-out or renovation company

(mandatory).

Proficiency in Xero accounting software. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax filing

(mandatory).

Proven experience in project-based budgeting and cost control. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
