Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's accounts receivable and collections process
- Follow up on overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports related to collections and outstanding balances
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications:
- Filipino national with proven experience in accounting and collections
- Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in real estate accounting
- Strong proficiency in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
