The Role
We're looking for a Senior Accountant with experience in UAE compliance, tax filings, and working with growing businesses across various sectors. You'll manage core accounting duties, advise clients on VAT and corporate structuring, and help scale our operational setup in the region
This is more than just a technical rolexe2x80x94youll be key in fostering long-term client relationships and mentoring junior staff as we grow our UAE office.

Key Responsibilities
UAE Compliance & Regulatory Filings
- Manage quarterly VAT filings, corporate tax returns, and statutory financial statements.
- Ensure adherence to UAE corporate, free zone, and FTA tax regulations.
- Advise on optimal structuring, ESR, and UBO compliance where applicable.
- Advising and incorporating businesses on both the mainland and freezones.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and their finance teams.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations tailored to the UAE market.
- Support clients with compliance strategies and business growth plans.
- Manage and mentor junior accountants and bookkeepers.
- Set up and refine accounting systems, workflows, and client onboarding processes.
- Work alongside the founding team to grow our Dubai office
