Job Description
Job Location: Umm Al Quwain
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Assist the Finance Manager obtain bank facilities, banking relations & credit facilities. Maintaining general ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions on the same day of the transaction occurrence. Manage posting of supplier invoices. Disburse petty cash by recording entries and verifying documentation. Prepare a weekly bank reconciliation statement and ensure reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner. Payment of vendors, scheduling, and preparing cheques. Follow up and receive Vendor statements and reconciling vendor accounts. Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Qualifications
5+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
