Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred). 3+ years' experience in finance planning or cost accounting in a steel or manufacturing company. Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, etc.). Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
