Contract Duration: 12 Months Extendable
Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage order creation and updates in SAP and CRM for non-complex customer orders.
Perform regular updates of Requested Delivery Dates and clean-up of past due elements in SAP.
Coordinate with supply chain and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Share Proof of Delivery (POD) and final commercial invoices with customers to support timely payment collections.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, delivery updates, and any discrepancies.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably within manufacturing or HVAC industry.
Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems is a must.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
