Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information into HR systems.
- Update and maintain employee records, ensuring all data is correct and up to date.
- Assist with entering payroll, attendance, and benefits data for processing.
- Generate basic reports related to employee data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Review and validate HR-related data for completeness and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
