Job Title: Store Manager - Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances

Location: Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage daily store operations for our Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Lead, train, and supervise sales staff and store team.

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse, and ensure proper product display.

Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and basic store accounts.

Implement company promotions, pricing, and visual merchandising standards.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager in Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances retail.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of retail sales processes, inventory control, and POS systems.

Ability to manage targets and team performance.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / ERP / POS systems).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in showroom or multi-brand retail stores.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and on weekends/holidays.
