Senior Accountant
Job Description
This role involves:
To oversee all accounting procedures and processes in accordance with international standards .
To lead and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership and ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
To oversee financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts and follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
To oversee variance analysis, financial statement analysis, budget analysis, and account reconciliations.
Take ownership of reporting costs, productivity, margins and expenditures of company.
To implement accounting controls by developing and following policies and procedures and preparing and submitting reports to management.
To liaise with Audit, accounting and finance department for continuous business improvements.
To implement innovative and new practices to maximize company profit.
Responsible for PAYROLL closing and management approvals.
Responsible to manage investor ledgers.
Supervise leave salaries and final settlements .
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
