Job Description

We, Carryon Auto Spare Parts Co looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for the following work:

Record day-to-day financial transactions including Sales, Sales Returns, Purchases, Purchase Returns, and all business expenses.

Make a daily Sale Register including all financial transactions and send it to management.

Bank Reconciliation Statement and all financial statements including Profit and Loss A/C and Balance Sheet monthly and any other statement required by the management from time to time.

Calculation of VAT and filing the returns quarterly to the Federal Tax Authority UAE.

Monthly preparation of staff salary and process through the WPS in exchange.

Dealing with Freight Forward (Agent) regarding shipping documents to clear containers coming from different regions.

Strict follow-up with the salesman for the collection of arrears from their customers.

Prepare and send statements of account to customers monthly and keep follow up for the collection of PDC or Cash payment.

Preparation and issuing of PDC cheques to creditors as per credit terms and conditions.

Apart from above mentioned task, any task related to accounts, finance, and inventory management can be added to his responsibilities.

Minimum qualification-graduation in accounts with three years experience in UAE is required.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
