Urgently required for an ELV (low current electrical contracting) UAE experienced Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will involve in the day to day ACCOUNTING and reporting duties. preparing and delivery of the Invoices, work and sales orders, close it and follow up on Time, on a regular scheduled and well maintained daily work plan. Receivable and on time collection. Perform the tasks assigned by accounts manager and coordinate with store keeper. Coordinate with other departments to follow-up projects progress and create collection letters and interim or milestone invoices. Other day to day regular accounts work and other duties as per instruction given by Management.

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely posting of JOURNAL entries Perform daily ACCOUNTING activities Handle ACCOUNTS UP TO finalization including Cash flows, Balance Sheet and INCOME statement. Do Petty Cash payments processing / reconciliations Prepare periodic reports Assist the Head of the Department in ad hoc reports and requests Prepare monthly PAYROLL Maintain fixed ASSET register Assist with preparing the external and INTERNAL AUDIT Reconcile monthly reports to the Company's ACCOUNTS Reconcile annual budgets to the Company's accounts Coordinate the Accounts team activities and SCHEDULES and archives

Qualifications and experience Requirements:

Must have minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounts up to financial statement reports Should be very fluent in English; Arabic speaking will be an added advantage Experience in Peachtree / QuickBooks or any other similar accounting software. Candidates should be a Graduate holder. CPA/ACCA/CA or an equivalent qualification Candidates on visit visa will be preferred or can join immediately Must have experience the basic knowledge in computers like managing daily tasks in calendar, Email / Ms Excel and Word. Visa provided by company
