The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in accounting and financial operations, and will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities: . Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) . Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections . Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes . Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow on a daily basis . Prepare VAT reports and ensure tax compliance with BahrainaEUR(TM)s regulatory requirements . Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis . Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections . Maintain an organized and up-to-date accounting system and documentation . Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures . Support payroll processing and employee benefit accounting . Monitor inventory accounting and fixed asset management if applicable Requirements: . BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance. . Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience (preferably in Bahrain) . Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books . Excellent knowledge of BahrainaEUR(TM)s tax laws and financial regulations . Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills . High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting . Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) . Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) . Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines . Preferably holds a CPA, CMA, ACCA, or other relevant certification (optional but a strong advantage) Please send your resume/CV
