Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred). Minimum
5 years of progressive accounting experience
, including at least 2 years in a senior, supervisory, or lead accounting role. Solid knowledge ofGAAP
, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing processes. Experience preparing and analyzingfinancial statements, budgets, and variance reports
. Strong understanding ofgeneral ledger functions, account reconciliations, and accruals
. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advancedExcel skills
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). Proven ability tomanage multiple priorities
, meet deadlines, and support process improvements. Excellentanalytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners/auditors. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.Job Type: Full-time
