Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and optimize accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Business Central 365, along with a proven track record in cost accounting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including AP/AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and cost reports for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory valuation, COGS, and production costing to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax) and auditing standards.
• Lead month-end/year-end closing and liaise with external auditors.
• Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks and Microsoft Business Central 365.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency and financial controls.
• Develop and implement internal policies for financial accountability.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/CMA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting within the manufacturing industry.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Business Central 365.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Communication: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
