Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Accountant
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting activities and daily financial operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Perform bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing Monitor cash flow and prepare management reports Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with Bahrain laws, VAT regulations, and company policies Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum
5-7 years
of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Bahrain VAT regulations Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlinesOnly candidates available for immediate joining will be considered.
