:
- Marketing / A&P budget control, SharePoint updates and timely month-end expense provisions / tracking in SAP
- Issuance of weekly A&P spend tracker with open / pending document status and brand-wise reconciliations
- Preparing debit notes and receivables claims from third party principals / suppliers with supporting evidences
- Create fixed asset records, depreciation booking and fixed asset register with Excel workings reconciled to SAP data
- Posting accruals and adjustment entries in SAP and assist with MIS / management reporting at month-end closing
- Handle SAP ECC to SAP S4 ERP HANA transition and ensure new workflows with deliverables / outputs are setup
- Coordinate internal and external audit requirements, also ensure adherence to internal operational SOPs
- Applicant should have at least 2-3 Years exposure of FMCG industry
- Should be a Graduate at least
- Should have exposure of Receivables, Payables, Marketing/A&P budget control
- Must have exposure of SAP
