Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant
to manage our financial operations and implement efficient accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills inQuickBooks
, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a proven ability todesign, document, and optimize financial workflows
to support business growth and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
.Implement, streamline, and document new accounting processes
to improve accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and analyzemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
. Reconcilebank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts
. Ensure compliance withGAAP
and relevant regulatory requirements. Manage and optimizeQuickBooks Online/Desktop
setup, workflows, and reporting functions. Develop customizedQuickBooks reports, dashboards, and automation tools
for management review. Supportbudgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and timely reporting. Assist withexternal audits, tax filings, and financial reviews
.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of accounting experience
, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization.Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
Demonstrated experience increating and implementing new financial processes or systems
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency withExcel
and other financial software/tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. CPA certification (preferred but not required).Key Competencies:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
