Senior Accountant

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Recording daily journal entries and monitoring all accounting transactions.
-Managing customer and supplier accounts and following up on receivables and payables
Preparing bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
-Monitoring inventory, performing physical stock counts, and reconciling with the accounting system.
-Preparing monthly and annual financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
-Issuing tax invoices and handling VAT compliance according to UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
-Tracking expenses and revenues, ensuring the accuracy and validity of supporting documents
-Processing monthly salaries through
WPS
and reconciling payroll with bank accounts-Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and conducting financial performance analysis.
-Coordinating with external auditors during
annual
audits.- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in
Al Ameen Accounting Software.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of
5 years of experience
in general accounting, includingat least 2 years within the UAE, preferably in general trading companies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the
UAE VAT system.
- Proficiency in
accounting systems
andMicrosoft Excel.
- Strong skills in
financial analysis and report preparation.
- Arab National; Preferably Men
- Can speak English Fluently
Salary: Depends on Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
