Job Description
1. Sage ERP Experience Manufacturing Module 5 Years
2. Bank Reconciliation 3 Banks
3. Credit Cards Reconciliation
4. Update all expenses
5. Update Daily entries Invoices
6. Stock management
7. Customers handling
8. Account Receivable Management
9. Account Payable Management
10. Prepare Monthly Financial statements
11. Prepare the Landing Cost of the Products and update in system
12. Prepare all LPO's
13. Handle all the shipments and shipment documents
14. Handle Amazon Sale and Noon Sale
15. Handle FBA Management
16. Manage all operations and coordinate with the team and management
17. Prepare Tax returns of all three companies
18. Team Leader gives tasks to the team
19. Coordinate with Internal Auditor
20. Coordinate with External Auditor
21. Salaries and WPS system Management
22. Petty Cash management
23. Online Orders Management and assign delivery
24. Website Management
25. Products Registration On Montaji and Dubai Municipality
26. International Supplier payments handling and coordinate with Exchange
Coordinate with PRO for all visas and legal issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
* Sage ERP Manufacturing Module: 5 years (Preferred)
