We take pride in delivering exceptional service and luxury experiences, and we are now looking for a

Senior Accountant

to join our growing team and manage financial operations for both our head office and the lounge venue.

Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining proper accounting records, and supporting the company's compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations.
The role requires a proactive, hands-on professional with a strong background in hospitality accounting and an ability to work across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in

Xero

and

TIS

systems. Ensure timely collection and verification of supporting documents. Prepare and review

monthly management reports

, including

Cash Flow

and

Profit & Loss statements

. Perform

supplier reconciliations

, verify purchase invoices, and monitor payment schedules. Support management with

weekly turnover and cost reports

; monitor stock movements and purchases. Assist in the preparation and submission of

VAT

and

Municipality Tax

returns in accordance with UAE regulations. Manage petty cash and ensure all operational disbursements are properly supported and recorded. Liaise with banks, external auditors, and government authorities when required. Contribute to

budget monitoring

and cost-control initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or Auditing

(professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is an advantage). Minimum

3-5 years of accounting experience

within the hospitality, F&B, or service industry in the UAE. Solid knowledge of

UAE VAT regulations

and general accounting principles. Advanced proficiency in

Xero

,

Microsoft Excel

, and

Google Sheets

(experience with

IIKO

is an asset). Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English; Russian language is an advantage.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
