Job Description

AG Resource is looking for Senior Accountant /financial Analyst for our reputable client. Location: Dubai Duration: 3 months\xe2\x80\x99 contract extendable *** We are looking for the candidates who are locally available in Dubai Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining book of accounts. Such as General Ledger, Account receivable, Account Payable, Inventory, Bank & Fixed Assets etc.
Responsible for preparation and presentation of monthly
and annual financial statements. (Profit & Loss A/C, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement... etc.)
Prepare monthly and annual budgets and management
reports and help to implement strategies for cost savings.
Identifying the variances from budgets with actual & report to the management with the reasons and evaluating Operational Department efficiency in achieving sales targets and others.
Handling WPS & Payroll processing.
Analysis and reconciliation of inter-company transactions.
Prepare annual financials and provide all requirements to the auditors to issue the Audited Financial statements, in compliance with IFRS.
Prepare Special Financial & non-Financial reports by
collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and market trends & submit various reports for management consideration When Management Required.
Handling All bank related Transaction including monitoring
Post Dated cheques of the Tenant & Assist to Prepare for
Maintain Control Sheet of the Tenant (Tenant Name, Units No, Lease Period, Monthly Rate, Monthly Income & Annual Income, Promotional offer, Grace Period etc.)
Checking the Lease Agreement in PMS system & Control Sheet in order to issue the Rental Invoices.
Prepare Units Status Report on Monthly basis (occupancy, Vacant Units)
Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting information
Maintain financial security by adhering to relevant internal controls & Perform credit checks & customer relationship management
Maintaining the fixed assets registry, lease schedules and
long term loan follow-up with our subsidiary to ensure the financial position.
Perform relevant financial analysis.
Such as Cash flow forecast, other finance related transactions to determine their performance and suitability.
